This Micro-Credential in Design Organisational Change is a collaborative endeavour brought to you by 91proƵ, School of Business in partnership with the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP). This course equips Human Resource (HR) professionals with the essential skills to develop business case for change and design effective change programs with key change enablers to ensure positive change outcomes. Upon successful completion, participants can apply for an IHRP Skills Badge, underscoring their expertise and dedication to advancing the HR field. 

This micro-credential is tailored for HR professionals who are keen to enhance their change management skill set and remain competitive in an ever-evolving industry. Whether you are a HR executive or manager seeking to upskill, this program will equip you with the expertise needed to navigate the unknown terrain of change successfully.   

This micro-credential is a 5-week part-time course with lessons to be conducted in a blended learning mode, including face-to-face lessons, synchronised online lessons and face-to-face assessments.
