Course Objective
This course provides evidence-based nutritional and physical activity guidelines for various age groups, so participants can make optimal dietary and exercise decisions for themselves and others. They will also be instructed how to integrate various fitness components into their exercise programmes, as well as discusses dietary and exercise adaptations for people with various medical and health conditions.
