Course Objective
This course examines sustainable supply chain management, focusing on integrating sustainability principles throughout the supply chain.
Participants will gain insights into the importance of sustainable practices, risk assessment, performance measurement, and strategies for improving sustainability in procurement, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management. The course will also examine the Circular Economy principle, business value and opportunities through Circular Economy, strategies to overcome barriers and challenges, and case studies showcasing circular practices in action.
