Course Objective
This course help participants devlop an adaptable growth mindset, fundamental to Industry Transformation Maps (ITM) of their industries, technological disruption and competitive market impact. They will, as a result, learn new skills and competencies, adapt, and continue excelling in their respecitve job roles. For example, Manufacturing participants will be competent in learning Digital Literacy, Automation, Robotics, Data Analysis, and Visualisation- core competencies for many jobs in the industry. Relevant case studies will be included and further relate to participants and, overall, create an optimal learning experience to embrace change, take calculated risks, and stay competitive.
