The workshop aims to increase adaptability to ever changing life and work situations by developing a personal 鈥榮urvival toolkit鈥 for each participant to better cope with adjustments in life.鈥

鈥淭he Mental Wellness Toolkit鈥 is a 1-day workshop that aims to improve student and employee well-being by providing the mental and physical skills needed to navigate life changes and emotional challenges. Designed as a mental health prevention workshop, the course comprises of a basket of topics that promote mental resilience and emotional coping. The workshops focus on imparting and creating coping methods that participants can use to cope with issues such as stress, anxiety, grief, emotional management. Thus, participants can expect topics as stress and anxiety management, emotional coping, communication skills and practical life skills management.
