Course Objective
This course focuses on equipping participants with key skills for effectively communicating with colleagues and superiors, through enhanced audience-centric communication. They will also learn identifying barriers and overcome them.

Participants will master interpersonal communication, active listening, and empathetic speaking as they are keys to being efficient professionals. They will properly relate to others by accurately receiving and interpreting different messages, before appropriately and tactfully responding.
