Course Objective
In today’s modern Business environment, Develop long-term relationships with partners and clients is vital to thrive. Furthermore, Negotiation and Conflict Resolutions are complex processes, but effectively applying principles, underpinning negotiation and conflict resolution, can enhance relationship building, both professionally and personally.

- Swiftly Manage and respond to conflicts
