Participants will learn using Emotional Intelligence to understand and empathise with employees' needs, actively listening and applying empathetic decision-making to balance organisational goals with employee well-being. The Mental Health Toolkit component will provide strategies for managing stress and promoting mindfulness, fostering a supportive workplace culture prioritising mental health during FWA transitions. The Communication Microskills section will teach open questioning, affirmations, reflective listening, and summarising discussions, enabling participants to conduct effective empathetic conversations. Participants will explore Generative Artificial Intelligence's (GenAI) role in enhancing communication and managing complex FWA.
