Course Objective
This SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) is a train-and-place programme supporting mid-career individuals in acquiring industry-relevant skills to improve employability and pivot to new sectors or job roles. SCTP is suitable for individuals who are:
- Working and seeking a new position within/outside their companies
- Unemployed and returning to the workforce
This programme is designed for professionals transitioning into new career paths, specifically in the field of Energy Management. It equips participants with key knowledge and skills to building a successful career, as Energy Managers. Hence, they will be technically competent in managing and optimising energy usage for organisations. Participants will also gain practical expertise in energy tracking and sustainability practices, letting them to effectively contribute.
