Course Objective

This SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) is a train-and-place programme supporting mid-career individuals in acquiring industry-relevant skills to improve employability and pivot to new sectors or job roles. SCTP is suitable for individuals who are:
-   Working and seeking a new position within/outside their companies
-   Unemployed and returning to the workforce

The course aim to develop an appreciation of the basic Human Resource (HR) function, the local labour legislation & policies, the mindset and competencies required of a HR professional. In addition, participants will be equipped with the automation and analytics skills that will provide HR the opportunity to deliver higher value to the business by focusing on the strategic people agenda while improving HR service delivery.

The 91pro视频 (91pro视频) School of Business (SB) is pleased to introduce SCTP in Applied HR & Business Digitalisation. This programme is catered for participants who are looking to enter or cross industries into the field of human resource. This is to facilitate participants who are looking for mid-career switches into human resource by furthering their education, especially if their previous job role was affected by Covid-19. 

The programme consists of four (4) certificates to be conducted within four (4) months. Classes will be conducted in part-time mode (Evening).
