This e-service is open to the local and overseas candidates including current students of Singapore Maritime Academy (SMA) who require the Training and Assessment Record Book (TARB) for their sea service for both Deck and Engineering officers.

Please note the following conditions:

1. Diploma in Marine Engineering (DMR) graduates and other Direct Entry students may purchase the Engineering TARB but would need to present a company letter stating that they would be starting their sea service.
2. Sale of the Deck TARB is open to public (local and overseas) and current students of the Diploma in Nautical Studies (DNS) course at SMA.

The STCW Code & Convention, as amended requires trainees onboard to follow a structured training programme which is accurately documented and subsequently assessed by the Shipboard Training Officer. The Engine & Deck Training & Assessment Record Books (TARB) satisfy relevant STCW requirements to this end.

This e-service is for current students of Singapore Maritime Academy (SMA) who are enrolling for the Diploma in Nautical Studies (DNS) Correspondence Course and Direct Entry students who are enrolling for the Certificate of Competency (CoC) Class 3 Correspondence Course. A mandatory registration fee of S$7.00 (excl. GST) is charged for each application.
